"I ordered 6 things from them 3 were missing entirely and the 3 things they actually gave me were completely wrong. I have never had an order that messed up in my entire life."

"A complete mistake buying at this McDonald's, something as basic as a caramel coffee with cream turned out to be a horrible product!! They gave me the leftovers from the coffee jar, plus it took forever!!! I asked for specifications in the McDonald's app and they came out with this, I preferred to lose the money and return the product because they can't just give what they want and now, I'm paying for a product with a specific one, they can't give me what's left over . and that's it, I swear that no one would take these leftovers, I don't recommend it at all because I returned it, I patiently explained the mistake and they just told me Ok, they received it and that's it, no one is obliged to receive what they don't pay for."

"Every time we try this location our order is bagged wrong mainly missing items. We recently gave it another go, I reiterated the order and they said everything was in the bag.. that was false, so I corrected it at the window and was amused to see the young girl who was bagging get frustrated and make excuses while giving the side eye lol customer service sucks. Food sucks. Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else. As for how the food tasted... next time I'll just throw money in the trash."

"Went thru the drive thru on my way home with my daughter. Ordered a happy meal and another meal. Once we got to the window they handed me my daughter's happy meal and asked us to pull forward into #3. Waited 15 minutes until I went in and asked for a refund for only my meal. They completely forgot about us and no one would have rest of our order. Once we got home we opened my daughter's cold Happy Meal and it was missing items. Next time I will think twice about pulling forward in the Drive-Thru and just wait in front of the window for my order."

"By FAR the SLOWEST McDonald’s in the valley. They can also never get our door dash order right. Always missing something or it’s just completely the wrong order. I will be going to the one on ustick further up the road, which takes an extra 5 minutes, but come to think of it, I’ll actually be saving time because I won’t have to sit in a drive through for 45 minutes just to get the wrong order LOL WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION IN THE VALLEY Edit: I wrote the original review sitting in the curbside pickup waiting (very long) to get my food. I get home and lo and behold. WRONG ORDER. I ordered a NON spicy chicken sandwich, and they put spicy sauce all over it. I’ll post pictures of the sandwich and the receipt to show proof. I can’t stand this McDonald’s"
