"Really wanted this place to be my spot because they’re supposedly open late and the first time we came by was great. Next time they burnt the shots. Twice, including the remake. Blew it off like it was a new barista, whatever. Next time we tried to drop in more than an hour before close to get treats with the kids and they were closed early. Just out running after work errands and needed a boost. Dropped in again but they closed the machine down early. Just close at 6/7 since you don’t intend to serve customers after that anyways. That will be my last attempt."

"Amazing tea and staff! Boba is fresh and nothing has been too sweet. The early grey, original, and taro are my favorites. Definitely the best place I’ve been to in Boise."

"Gross! I left there and I wish I had tried my Thai tea and my scone before I left. Both are horrible! I do not like leaving negative reviews but this is just awful. I can't with good conscience be dishonest. I wish I had read others reviews before coming here. The Thai tea is very watered down and doesn't even taste like Thai tea. It's just yucky. The scone was literally hard as a rock. I could barely break it in half. It has to be 3 weeks old. I cant believe this place is so popular. It was busy. I wasted way too much time waiting for a treat and a drink that I'm now throwing away. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. Also customer service is rude."

"Great atmosphere in the evening, not too crowded. Folks working and or studying. Able to talk without feeling like I had to yell. The pastries are phenomenal! I had the one with ham and cheese. The Koign Amann that looks like a muffin was delicious also. My wife had to get another one! And the coffees were well done. Staff was very helpful and patient. They went and took the time to answer some questions I had. Definitely going to come back and try their chai’s and Boba drinks"
