"Been going to this Big O location for 8 years now. Never have I ever had a complaint or felt taken advantage of (I’m not car savvy in the slightest, it’s happened at other car repair businesses). Most often I get an oil change and checkup, I get an “all good” report. When they do tell me something needs addressing, I believe them. I’ll be going to this location for as long as it and I are still in Boise."

"My wife and I trust Big O Tires on Fairview not only for tires and regular oil changes but also for less frequent maintenance items such as coolant flushes, injector cleaning, brake fluid flushes and 4 wheel alignments. The friendly service is top notch and efficient. They even asked us if we really wanted all these items completed at our last visit and agreed that was good decision based on mileage and usage, even though no problems were noted. No pressure or up selling - we highly recommend them for you scheduled maintenance and needed repairs!"

"I had some work done on my 02 Tahoe… Blue Bessie is my baby so I take care of her as well as I can:) Everyone is always so nice and courteous at Big-O on Fairview, even when they are so busy they can’t see straight! I never feel rushed even when there are three phone lines ringing and a lobby full of people waiting to be helped. When a place is that busy, that should say something about the quality of service people know they will get when they go there:) Thank you for always taking care of me:)"

"Edit: Spoke to the manager Nathan and he was very nice and apologetic about the damage. He offered to have them repaired free of charge. Just got them back and I’m pleased with the outcome overall. Original review: Was told it would only take 30 to 45 minutes to swap my tires and tpms to my new wheels. It ended up taking 3 hours. Not a big deal. When I received my car back with the new wheels, it still had the spacers on I said to remove 3 times. Also, not a big deal. But I noticed a few scratches in the center of one of the wheels from the air gun or torque wrench I assume. And later, I noticed that one specific tire was loosing air and it was because of a broken valve stem. I took the wheel back a few days after and they fixed it for free. When I got it back though, I noticed a decent sized chip in the rim. Kinda disappointed in the service I received. I asked them to be extra careful on these brand new expensive wheels. I would avoid coming here if you care about scratches on your rims. I also reviewed the dashcam footage and the employee that pulled my car in did not know how to drive manual very well and did some damage to my clutch. Overall, I’ve seen worse damage to my wheels from other shops. That’s why I’m giving a two star."

"Certainly patient. I witnessed the way an immature older man berated the employee because his tires weren’t ready or yet to be delivered. I was treated with respect and received much more service than expected."
