"Worst customer service! They charge your card without your permission and then makes you wait weeks to get it back! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! I even said twice I did not give permission to charge me card! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was asked why. I asked that is why! You took my money without my permission that is why!"

"they set you up on a automatic call machine and then you have to call them back if you want supplies in 2 days that auto call, called me 16 times I asked them to remove me and to call me personally kept getting auto call ended up blocking that number and in almost a years time have not gotten one call from them for supplies."

These people don't deserve a ZERO THEY GET A ZERO +++ My BiPap machine broke I had another sleep study done and it was determined that I still need the machine due to major Sleep Apnea. I also have major heart issues 3 heart attacks and a open heart plus a Defibrillator and pacemaker. I have been without a machine for a week now. And even though my doctors office told them that I have no restrictions on my insurance that would keep me from getting a new one they said I wouldn't qualify for 2 months. So me with a heart condition and severe sleep apnea has to wait 2 months. All they were worried about was getting payment before anything else. Human lives don't matter to these people..Humana needs to drop these people like quick before they wish they did. So even after being told by my Doctors office that I qualified I get to go to bed tonight day 7 and get little if any sleep and possibly have damage to my heart muscle because of it. By the way this was there Lenexa Kansas location"

"Have been doing business for C-Pap equip. for several yrs. Customer service, terrible. Phone service liking working through a maze. Billing dept. totally enept. If you choose to write checks, it can take a mt. sometimes longer for a ck. to clear. Therefore, I avoid calling until absolutely neccessary. There is a online page which documents these complaints and more from clients from all over the country, I am not the only mal content."
