"Yesterday on 2/25 I went in with My Husband in the drive-through. We ordered $73 worth of food for My Husband myself and my family. My Husband had a question about Kids meals to see If he could substitute one of the main entrées for hamburger. On the board outside, it said that you could, but he did not have his glasses and did not see that so he asked the woman that was at the drive-through. If you could substitute a hamburger, and her response, and I quote, yes, you can it says it right there on the board if you read it. She had a snide attitude. That was not OK it took everything in me not to go in there and And make matters worse and come out of character. My family members that we went to go visit in Emmett say they go over there all the time and that woman is exactly like that All the time. In my opinion, why would you have someone working for you doing customer service that has no customer service skills? I will never go there again and I will definitely warn everyone about her because that’s not OK."

"Wish they'd open back up the dining room. Soda was cold and refreshing and we didn't have to wait long in the drive through for it to be ready. (Edit January 2024 The dining room is now open! I've been back several times now! Food is still great!)"

"Employees are seriously so rude! Kept asking “is that all?” At the order window. When we said “no please just give us one second” the employee got annoyed and said “okay total will be at the window” like okay?? When we got to the window no one came so we waited 10 mins.. nothing so we drove away and went to McDonald’s. Need better management or something. No wonder why no one was there lol"
