"Yesterday morning I ordered a decaf americano and the young lady asked if I wanted to tip (before she even made my coffee) I said no (because i don’t like tipping before I even see if the order is right.) When I received my coffee, she had put so much cream in it, that it made the coffee cold, and I realized within an hour that it was full of caffeine. I have a medical issue that does not allow me to have caffeine! I felt like she purposely made my order wrong because I didn’t tip. Your employees need to be held accountable. When I was in the service industry a tip had to be earned!"

"Apparently with the new app, you have to preload funds or have rewards points for it to work. I'd like to just connect my debit card to it, which I have, and use the app to pay directly from it. But the girl working didn't seem to know that, and she had to ask me three times what I ordered. I gave up and left. Might not be going back if they want to make it this difficult."

"Wonderful sweet staff. Delicious drinks. Orders made fast but not in a messy manner. They get your order right, and if not they are nice about getting it right. Love their infused energy drinks!"

"We want to like this place as they are fast and one of the only options in star. They consistently get our drinks wrong and have to re-ask the order continually while making the drink. I’m guessing this could be fixed if they would write down the order down somewhere. The staff is nice, but that doesn’t help when we are receiving the wrong drink 60%-70% of the time. We live in Star, so this isn’t a one off experience, but has happened at least 10 or more times."
