"Taco Bell in general has just gone downhill. I was there about a year ago when they were having a staff meeting in the middle of the afternoon when the manager let everyone on the team know that corporate is looking at drive-thru wait times, so basically anyone that comes in to the store will have to wait longer than anyone in the drive-thru. With that though, I am a dasher, and I hate going in to retrieve orders. The wait time is usually 30-40 minutes depending and there is usually a back up of drivers waiting in the lobby. To top it off, they have no professionalism. I've seen them, with children in the lobby, cussing loudly in the kitchen and just being completely disrespectful."

"Ordered the Pizza, two taco supremes meal and cinnamon twists. The Pizza seems like it was left in oil overnight. Tacos were regular which I pointed out and they did fix that with the 2 supremes. They did not give the cinnamon crisps. So disappointing as this used to be a great Taco Bell. I do not recommend coming here until they get a manager who is willing to train and keep an eye on what is going on and/or fire some staff."

"Just your typical Taco Bell in America. Nothing to write home about. Location is on the edge of WSU so traffic is a bit nuts during lunch/dinner. Staff is polite. Food is anything you would expect from a fast food joint."

"Service and food is always what I expect from this taco bell, they generally do a Very good job. I like th decor but the atmosphere isn't great overall. Last time I was in an employee was loudly telling stories about bandage and masochism, and explained how her and her partner liked to film things.....got to be honest, not at all what I expected when I came for dinner."

"Ordered doordash, received an entire bag full of sauce with my soft taco buried under it (it was ice cold btw). The other soft taco, the cutlery, and the straws for my order was missing, and my girlfriend's potatoes were drenched in sour cream as well. Good reminder that no matter how low you set your expectations, this taco bell will strive to disappoint time and time again."
