Jack in the Box

"We came Wednesday 01/10/2024 around 10:40pm. It was an absolutely awful experience. My mom was a dasher for DoorDash and when she went in they weren’t even trying to work on the order she asked them to start it for her. I was with her and she noticed drive through was going much quicker, she offered to go through the drive through to get me something to eat, the person working wasn’t listening when we ordered the first time, the second time they luckily only got my drink wrong and gave us stale tacos (we also asked for sauce which they didn’t give us at first). We asked for the sauce again and they gave us one, my mom kindly asked if we could get/pay for an additional sauce they said no she’d have to come inside for that. She also asked if the DoorDash order could be picked up from the drive through since we were already there to which they told her no. He had an attitude and you could tell he was having a rough night. But that doesn’t excuse him taking it out on customers. When she went inside for a second time they demanded to see her phone even though she confirmed it twice before. She waited 15 -20 minutes for her DoorDash order in total for two shakes and a small meal. It wasn’t very busy at the time."

"Dining was empty and 1 car in the drive thru and still waited 20 min for food and the fries were warm not hot"

"Literally the fast food restaurant of last resort in Pullman. I once waited 45 minutes for a simple hamburger. Expect outrageously slow service almost any time of the day. Today I waited 29 minutes for a burger and fries and only got my order when I marched up to the counter and demanded to cancel my order and get a refund. Clearly this restaurant suffers from mismanagement and inadequate staffing."

"We usualy love Jack in the Box, been to them all over the state but this one by far was the worst we have ever been to. Over half the drinks were out of stock, half the food was cold and the sandwiches were thrown together and sloppy half the wrappers were barley around the door and it wasn't even busy there was 2 customers. Then they gave us our good in to go bags felt like we were being pushed out the door."

"Long line got moved really fast especially for a Friday night the workers were moving fast and got my order right. This is my 1st time here I've been avoiding coming because of bad reviews but honestly it was great I'm glad this is an option now"
