"I purchased a 12 volt battery on 2-16-2023 and put it in my ATV on 2-20-2023 and the battery was dead. I attempted to charge the battery with a 12 volt charger and the battery would not take a charge. I took the battery back to the store with my receipt and I was helped with Mikoli. He was doing his best but I could tell he is new on the job but friendly. He was asking a dark hair employee some questions and the guy was extremely rude/impatient with him. He than came over and asked me what type of charger I was using and I told him and his attempt was to make me feel stupid. I am sorry I did not get his name but I was in the store around 1:45 pm. There were 3 guys at the counter Mikoli, gray haired man, and the dark hair rude guy. In my opinion he should not be in customer service."
