"Lyle was awesome and knowledgeable. Changed hub, drum and switched tires out. Great worker. Thanks again Edit: drove 600 miles. Hub seal is majorly leaking. Bolts were put in at an angle and stripped the threads inside the brand new hub."
"I got pulled over near Caldwell , ID (state trooper) and got 2 violations, trailer clearance light and abs light. Called Bens Truck service they answered immediately. Fixed the issue bunch of good guys and boss! Many many thank you !"
"Bad experience with this service shop, I had an inside seal leak on drive axle and stopped at TA but there was no repair shop, so I walked to Ben’s truck repair, they told will come in 2h, and a guy John showed up in 1,5h. After couple hours it looked like he has not much experience in this job, he broker bearing lock washer, then he drove to city to get new one, was out for more than 1 hour, and charged me for his mistake. It took him 5,5h to change, i paid $385. I drove for 20-30 miles and checked was ok. In 200 miles i stopped for fuel and my outside axle seal was leaking , nuts was a little bit loose and i had to tighten them up,and rim was on oil. Called him and he replied that he can come to fix it but I have to pay for 200 miles driving and this is another job. This is ridiculous because he put everything back and something was wrong. Next day I went to Boss Shop, they cleaned around bolts the old seal, put a new one and I had no more problems, lost again 3 hours and paid again for work. Avoid this place , you will loose time and money!!!"
"Called for a coolant leak on my 579. They said it would be about an hour for someone to come out. Less than 2hrs later had a truck show up. Talking with Steve and letting him know what my issues and repair idea was he took a look and agreed it could work. Dude's an ABSOLUTE LEGEND! Got me rolling in less than an hour! Coolant had a few bubbles from where the thermostat opened back up. So I stopped twice to top of the tank again and he stopped BOTH TIMES to make sure I was okay and the repairs held! 10/10 would recommend these guys! I hope they give this guy a raise!"
