"I have been to this blurrington several times and have been treated very well by employees until recently where a certain employee was disrespectful and unprofessional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking that he was having a bad day. I go to the store again and he had the same attitude. I asked to speak with a manager as this wasn’t my first encounter. He stated they were in a meeting. Which I can understand. I call several hours later. He answers and still is unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store. I will for now go to the valley store. I had my child with me and that’s not appropriate for them to hear. I spoke with him about a homeless guy that was sellling things outside their store and he creepy towards females. Just to inform the store and was still unprofessional. I like blurrington. But this wasn’t okay"

"I haven't been to this store in years. I went in to see if they had girls' dresses. I walked in and realized it had changed a lot. This store has turned into a discount store for items not sold in stores that carry name brands or off brands trying to emulate name brands. Tables and racks are unorganized and messy. Shoes were sparse and unorganized as well. If you want to find something specific, I'd go elsewhere, but if you want to dig around and find something you didn't know you needed , it is probably a great place to look. Kids and teenagers would have fun finding stuff here for sure. I did purchase a coat that was only $25 bucks, so it wasn't a total waste of time. The staff was extremely nice. The manager, while cashing me out, was yelling across to cashiers about when they were off ,etc, a little unprofessional, in my opinion. But everyone was friendly, which is always a plus."

"Loving the "exclusive red carpet treatment" when you walk in the door. It's clear it's for loss prevention which I appreciate very much but the official line is that it's to improve your shopping experience. I say be proud that you are standing up to thieves unlike these other "woke" stores that are getting run outta business in the name of virtue signalling."

"Worst shopping experience of my life!!! I’m pregnant and they don’t have dressing rooms or a bathroom. Everything is chained to the wall or the clothes racks so you can’t even look at to see if you want it and if you do then you have to track down 1 of 3 sales associates in the whole store. Everything is scattered everywhere. The clothes are not at all where they’re supposed to be. I get people steal things but now I will not bother having to go through the hassle of trying to track someone down to be able to detach it from the store wall."

"Decent prices, but the whole store looks like a bomb went off! I would be embarrassed if I was running this store! Nearly every isle no exaggeration, looks like this attached photo!"
