Ellagista's Macarons and Boba

"The drinks were great. Staff was very nice. A walk around the little shopping center was a good break from small town life in "the palouse". I don't know how busy this mall gets since it was spring break in a college town."

"I ordered from Ellagista's through DoorDash, so I can't comment on their service, though I'm sure they're nice people. My issue is with the fact that they don't specify that their boba isn't like regular tapioca pearls. Their boba is more like little chunks and it's not a super pleasing texture. If you aren't going to offer what people expect their boba to be, you should specify that it's different."

"Very cute little shop in the mall. Customer service was good too. They were helpful in recommendations and were very nice even with us coming in close to closing time. I got the Butterfly Pea Boba and I really liked it. Boba isn’t overly chewy or big which I really appreciate. We also got a couple macaroons which were well made and tasty."

"Went into get something for me and my niece today and after my niece ordered and got her drink I tried ordering my drink asking for milk substitute because I’m allergic. Instead of just making my drink as requested the lady decided to argue with me that the drinks wouldn’t taste as sweet. I had to tell her that was fine over and over while also saying I’m allergic to milk (yes allergic not lactose intolerant). We finally just left instead of getting a drink because she wanted to keep arguing"

"The best Boba I've ever had. The pearls are just the right consistency and I'm pretty sure she hand makes them. Super friendly staff and amazing quality of service every time we go. The new location in the mall is looking really cute as well."
