"Literally watched a student fill his backpack up with food and snacks, and walk out stealing it. Made the employees aware immediately as he exited and they simply didn’t care. “Sorry, nothing we can do” while shrugging shoulders. Their tone and quick dismissal gave me the immediate impression that this is a normal occurrence and people are expected to look the other way…. Or they were all friends hooking each other up with their turn. We watched the guy nonchalantly meander back to his dorm and could have been easily approached/identified. Bottomline, this culture and behavior punished everyone else with higher prices."

"They carry Ferdinand icecream!!! The caremel cashew is killer. Staff is friendly and they carry various grocery items which is nice."

"Do not go here. I am dead serious. This place is run by a bunch of incompetent students who don't know what they're doing. Why in God's name would you say "we serve milkshakes till nine" and not even have them at 7:30? This place is so horribly inconsistent that it's not even funny anymore. You wouldn't believe how many times they said "we'll have floats tomorrow" only for them to say "no sorry, come back tomorrow". Only 14 "tomorrows" later do they finally have them. I genuinely wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this place. I am ashamed that a school with this much money can't even be bothered to have a functional cafe on campus."

"Food is okay, delivery takes way too long. I've ordered flix twice and each time I have waited well over an hour to eat cold food."
