"Here's my experience today 12:34 drive-thrus busy inside there's two customers so order my food and go to get soda they're out of Dr Pepper no worries it happens. But that right there makes me want a refund for my drink cuz I'm not going to drink anything then standing around waiting I noticed the fry lady without any gloves on touch her nose and pick it twice run her hand through her hair touch her hand on her side and then on the side of her face and then she runs a bag outside and then comes back inside and starts grabbing fries again the lady running food to the windows touching her face and her nose a couple of times and running it all the while nobody is watching their nasty hands. So at this point I asked for a full refund told the manager why and left with one customer that was their previously having been there for 25 minutes already so that's like what 45 minute wait she's had to wait for her food. I get it I've worked fast food stuff happens wash your nasty hands"

"Love Arby's my father Jerry used to go sit in parking lot and visit with everyone and eat his food. That was his enjoyment in life hanging out with all the workers and having his social time. My father had taken me to Arby's since I was Lil it's a healthier way to enjoy fast food, thank you for all the greatness that you have created. My favorite is the market fresh turkey bacon ranch sandwich with your 3 pepper sauce its to die for. Thank you Melissa Gomez"

"The order taker at the drive-thru was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. When I got home with my food I found the order was missing an item, which we had paid for. It was too far away to return for our missing item, so we had to adjust."

"Went in for lunch. 1st off, no ketchup? None in the pump dispenser or even little packets. Then, no Coke. Coke dispenser was diet Coke. What fast food service has no ketchup and no Coke, and still in business? There is an Albertson's grocery store literally IN YOUR PARKING LOT! Pretty sure the owner doesn't realize the incompetent people they have working here. Do better!"
