"So have had issues here twice now... Earlier this year they claimed a tire was damaged and "bulging" without mounting or airing it so not sure how they could tell. As they reed to mount the tire I took it to another shop and they mounted and checked the tire with me. There was nothing wrong with it, it was simply not a brand new $500 to $600 tire from them. This time, in an emergency they refused to change just 2 tires claiming they have to change all 4 to change the front tires on an fwd... While it is a practice it is not an iron clad rule and these were putting on used tires. Everyone that has ever done or worked with these knows the new tires on rear rule does not apply when the "new" tires are 80% as are the old tires... They simply wanted to charge more."
