"On line order at set time they make the order 15 minutes before u want it done. By the time u get there they are busy and u wait another 10 minutes to get your food by that time it is 25 minutes setting out and cold. Ask to talk to a manager and they walk away. Very poor service."

"I usually enjoy food here, but going into this restaurant ruined it. I was ignored while I stood there waiting. I could see the staff chatting but not acknowledging that I was there. They even made eye contact while ignoring me. When they did finally help, there was no personality at all. No smile, no apology, just a "what do you want " attitude. It was uncomfortable and I don't want to go back, no matter how good the food is."

"The gal asked for my bag back so I handed it baçk through the drive thru window because she had given the car behind me order and I received no silverware and my food was so sloppy in the plate it was no longer appetizing. I'm sure the gentleman behind me didn't want an order that I had opened in my car then returned but I watched them hand it to him. We both deserve a refund."

"Great place to eat . They never have any of your favorite foods ready. Also you get the opportunity to hear your order and still not get the correct order. In the drive through I ordered a drink with my order and they forgot to add it. I asked them, can you just add the drink? and they told me no. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my drink in line on my lunch time inside."

"I ordered the family pack (2 sides and 3 entrees) through the app for pick up. I waited for my order and went in when it was suppose to be ready. I notified which order I was looking for. They advised it would be 1 minute as they were packing my order. I waited inside. It turned out they gave my order to someone else. I watched several people come in and get orders fulfilled. I waited another 45 minutes for my order and finally had to ask again. They advised it had been made and was sitting. In the entire time waiting no one checked back in or let me know my order was ready. The place was empty other than employees who were standing around joking while the manager was outside for about 20 minutes talking to someone in the parking lot laughing away. I am disappointed. Had the manager been available I would have just asked them to refund me. It’s ridiculous to have to wait over an hour. Nothing about this was enjoyable or proactive."
