"Their rotors lasted 20k miles. My original rotors lasted 140k miles. They charge a 2x price on parts and way too much on labor. Their communication is inconsistent in regards to needed work and warranties. Les Schwab isn’t what it used to be."
"I got four new tires two summers ago. 20k miles later, they're too worn out to keep using. We spoke to a salesperson about how poorly this tire has performed. The salesperson admitted the tire was bad and everyone else that purchased it also reported this issue. They refuse to replace the product they know is faulty. Now I have to buy new tires after only getting a third of the life I should have out of these, but it won't be from Les Schwab."
"The Main St. Les Scwab has much better customer service than the one on Thain Grade. Someone will greet you and ask how they can help within a minute of arrival. In my experience, the employees at the Thain Grade store are not customer centric at all. It is well worth the trip downtown for superior service."
