"I was working full time and needed my vehicle. When I had recently came across a tranny issue I took my car here and they said they could fix it and in a timely manner. I dropped my car off a Thursday evening needing it back to be at work on time the following day, which they said they could do. Next day I call to let them know I'm coming to get the car, and it wasn't finished. Mind you an hour before I need to be at work, they said it wasnt finished and therefore I had to walk to my job which I was late.
