"First of all I work in this industry, I’m a longtime server, so I know the ins and outs. I arrived to pick up my call in order. No one greeted or acknowledged me for 5 minutes. The girl that finally came to see why I was there seemed shell shocked when I asked to add to my order. She disappeared for some time and came back with my order, checked me out and walked away without saying one word or giving me my receipt. Unbelievable. Not even a “thank you, come again” Whoever is hiring and training needs to be fired. Now the food. I order my wings with sauce on side. My wings were so dried out they were inedible. And to top it off one of the wings still had the feather barbs on it! Unfortunately, I picked these up after work and drove home 35 miles before I saw this. So there is a waste of my hard earned money."

"I visited this location earlier today. Bad a couple of drinks, chips and cheese with chillies and some wings. Food was delicious but service was mediocre. A male was my bartender but halfway through he took a break so he could rub up on a female in the parking lot. Lauren later came on but took little notice on my dri k refill. After refilling my drink I had to ask another server for some chips and cheese. Cheese was cold as ice as I got it to go. Sad sad day. Eat at your own risk."

"The food was pretty good. I got the boneless wing, but they do feel kind of dry. Although I'm sure that's every place is like that. Service can be good sometimes and other times pretty horrible. I guess that just depends on the night and how busy they are, so not bad. the atmosphere feels pretty comfortable, so that's a 5 star for me. We're definitely go again."

"Not my favorite experience. Staff wasn’t welcoming and it felt like the greeter treated us as an inconvenience. Our waitress was fine. We were the only ones in her section for at least 20 minutes when we got there and they sat us at a VERY dirty table and didn’t clean it once we sat down. We asked for a high chair and they brought one over also filthy and she literally just tossed food out of it and handed it to us. Not impressed. Food was good. Fries were great as always. But I don’t think I’ll be dining at this location again, especially not with my baby."

"So the service was fairly decent couldn't complain there they weren't too busy which was nice the food on the other hand was a complete disaster there was six of us it took 45 minutes to get the food after we had ordered and again there may have been 11 customers in the whole restaurant and everybody was already eating but us. We literally got shorted a chicken wing out of a 10-piece they got nine, I ordered the pulled pork burger with no grilled onions it came covered in grilled onions and then I asked them if they could make it without those so they took it back to the kitchen scraped off most of them not even all of them mind you and then put more barbecue sauce on my Burger so it came back cold as well as the fries and then the New York style cheesecake that they offer you can tell came from two different cheesecakes because two of the three slices we got were still frozen and mine tasted like it had sat in the fridge for a good couple of weeks uncovered all in all I can't complain about the service the atmosphere was good but the food I could not give more than one star as it was very subpar"
