"I recently met with Dr. Reeves for the first time about an ongoing issue. I was impressed by how well she listened, her thouroughness, and the amount of time she spent with me. Very friendly staff too!"

"Won't be visiting again. Simple checkup for prescription refill costed more than 1k in-spite of insurance. I was notified late they couldn't connect to my insurance. Paid everything out of pocket. Been 2 years still seeing overdue random bills showing up. By far my worst experience as a patient. Hoping with time their system will be more efficient."

"New to NWA. Before choosing my new insurance in December (I’m self-employed) I spent significant time researching doctors and felt Dr. Reeves would be a great fit. Their website (and the Exchange) verified that she took said insurance. Nonetheless, I still verified by phone with Dr. Reeves’ office that they would take the insurance BEFORE I signed up for it. Not only was I assured, they even offered to set up an initial appointment. Now just a few months later when I go to make an appointment I’m told they will not accept the very insurance they told me they would. Worse yet, when I offered to pay cash, they wouldn’t allow that either. So I’m blackballed for picking the very insurance they told me they would take. (they’ve conveniently just now deleted the insurance from their website). Worse yet, the staff didn’t care at all (“that’s DrReeves decision, not mine”). I’m not sure if Dr. Reeves is any good, but if she functions like her office (unorganized, rude, dishonest and deceitful) you can surely do better. I will avoid this place at all costs."

"Have been seeing Dr. Reeves for over 7 years, listens to the patient and talks "with," not "AT" you. She explains treatment options thoroughly, with alternate recommendations if medically indicated. She excels at care coordination of care for complex problems which often also require coordinating with diverse subspecialists. All her staff are very responsive, very pleasant at all times, and knowledgeable. So glad she has remained in the area. I am very surprised by the 1 very negative review above, as I have never experienced similar concerns with this doctor. BTW, I love the new office."

"Dr. Reeves is a caring, compassionate doctor who partners with you in your health care. I am not only satisfied, but grateful to have her for my doctor. I have recommended her to family members who are very pleased with her, also. Dr. Reeves and her staff are excellent in how they treat me, provide my medical care, and do follow-up. I wouldn’t consider ever changing!"
