"My name is Tim. My wife and I had work done on a Cat C-12 at Western States Cat-Parts and Service in Hayden, ID. We were helped by Pamela Wrench, who is the Truck Shop Service Coordinator, and by Josh who is the technician that did the work. Pamela was very helpful, communicated extremely well, and is quite knowledgeable with her job position. She was very fast in answering emails and keeping us updated with the work that was being done. Josh did a fantastic job for us with the work that he did. Josh is a very skilled mechanic, and throughly understands the Cat engines at the highest level. We live in Arizona and had options to have the work done locally. We did lots of research and chose Western States Cat to do the work for us. We are extremely happy with that decision. "This is twice now that Pamala and the Western States team has been excellent. My family and I have been on the road full-time for 15 months in a 1997 Winnebago diesel pusher. Our rig needed a completely new custom built exhaust and had issues with a fuel injector. After calling about 20 shops, Pamala answered and gave me hope that our rig would be repaired and everything would be OK! I honestly couldn't more highly recommend them!
