"Extremely disappointed with Findlay Jeep. I've been taking my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to Findlay since I bought it with 22,000 miles on it. It currently has 95,000 miles now, and I have been consistent with taking it in every 7,000 miles for an oil change (when internal oil gauge states 20% - recommended by them since I commute a lot for work). When you take your Jeep to a Jeep store you would imagine they would take care of you and recommend to you the appropriate services with the amount of mileage on your car. Never once was anything brought up about front/rear differentials (which need to be done every 30,000 miles) or any software updates that could be causing the car not to run properly. Also, last time I was in, I specifically asked to check my brakes and they stated they were good, but that was not the case when I rolled into Les Schwab for tires, and they were metal on metal. If you care about your car and want it to be in tip top shape (like I wanted my car), I would suggest taking it to either a different Mopar dealership or a mechanic you trust. Findlay Jeep will run your car into the ground if you are not careful (probably so you buy a new Jeep with them)."

"Honest with me when I brought my jeep in. I questioned a transmission notification that had come on. He stated no alarms or flags came up. Saved a bunch of cash that day!"

"So after having my Jeep towed to Findlay due to brake failure, I learn my vehicle will sit in their lot for 2 weeks before anyone can even take a look at it because there isn’t a single technician working for the next 2 weeks. What Nimrod was in charge of scheduling?Geez you should’ve just shut down the entire dealership for 2 weeks. I could have had my vehicle towed to the Spokane Jeep dealership instead. Absolutely the last time I will come here. I am absolutely flabbergasted that this dealership let its entire technician staff in Service off for 2 weeks. And yet, the Service Department remains open. Why? If you’re going to be open you schedule staff so that you are adequately covered and you can serve your customers. If you don’t have customers you don’t have a business. No techs on duty for 2 weeks you might as well shut down your entire Service Department. The Jeep dealership in Spokane is a 10 minute drive down the road and I should have had my Grand Cherokee towed to Spokane. I am also in the hunt for a new vehicle and was considering the new Grand Cherokee 4xe electric hybrid but have changed my mind based on this experience with their service department. I’ll buy my new ride somewhere else"

"We had to buy my daughter a car after here's was totalled in an accident. My wife found a used Jeep Grand Cherokee at Findlay at a great price. My wife setup an appointment with Dillon and within a couple hours of talking with him we were test driving the Jeep. We left with it that day. A couple weeks later I noticed a leak underneath and took it in right away and there was a power steering fluid leak and the rack and pinion needed replaced, and my first thought was how much it is going to cost as we bought it with no warranty, but they said they were going to cover parts and labor. I was so amazed by them. Buy with confidence. I know we will be back the next time we purchase a vehicle."
