"Ordered a Putco front Ford badge from ultimate truck in December the hardware in package was previously used .. included with the led ford emblem are 3 threaded rods and nuts to to install emblem on grille.. well I should’ve sent the item back but shame on me because I attempted to use the stripped rods ...So when I went to tighten emblem the nut seized on stripped threading... which caused the emblem to crack.. called ultimate truck and the guy I spoke with told me to file a warranty. So I did and it was approved ... Problem is I still haven’t not received the new emblem 4 months later.. hard lesson on my part but bad business on ultimate truck for sending used hardware...160 dollars flushed down the toilet..Putco has yet to ship new emblem when it should of shipped on February 2nd Review edited on 4/28/21 : I spoke with the regional sales director from Putco Alphonso. I understand why he has the position he does because he spoke to me with respect and Helped me resolve my problem."

"So I decided to buy a bumper for my Ford F250 I met with Scott and he was very friendly. He walked me Through the options and how the bumpers are made. He also walked me through the winches with the Pros and Cons of each. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be doing business with them again"

"I took my truck in to have new power steps put on. The horn kept blowing and lights keep going off. They pulled the fuses to the power steps and my horn so I could tow a travel trailer to Calif. At dusk my lights were blinking off and on. Lucky I switched from auto to manual and they stopped. When I came home. I dropped it off they had it for all most 3 weeks. I was told they couldn't figure out why the horn and lights keep going off and to ask my friend if she could get it into George Gee sooner then they could. She did and James & Scott at George gee figured it out for me. I had bought the truck used and the previse owner had another alarm system put in it. So George Gee took it out and said to take it back to Ultimate Trucks to have them finish hooking the power steps up. I went to Scott at Ultimate Trucks. To make an appointment to bring it back in. Scott started to yell at me so loud, I had to cover my ears. He said I knew there was a problem and he said he would have to call me when they could get my truck in. Scott was talking very loud for a sticky note to get my phone. Scott proceeded to yell at that we put 19 hours into that truck and at $98 hour You figure it out. I said it wasn't your fault or mine that someone put another alarm system in and Scott said IT"S YOUR TRUCK. I was so upset and all most in tears. I said I'll take my truck somewhere else and walked out the door buy then I said a nasty word. There was 2 other men that worked there and they never said a word to him. I went back to George Gee and told Scott the salesmen there what happened. James at George Gee said they would try to get the power steps going but they didn't do that kind of work. So James made me an appointment with Custom trucks. Cole at Custom Trucks had it fixed in no time. To talk to a customer the way Scott at Ultimate Trucks did to me was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. I will never go to them or refer them to anyone."

"In may of this year I stopped in to order a lighted sunvisor for my 1992 chev pickup. I told the man where he could order it and from what business.He acted very confused, and told me he would call in two days with the cost. Never heard from him again!!!!! Two weeks ago I ordered it myself, got in a weeks time, painted it and had it installed by custom truck down the street. wouldnt do business with ultimate ever again. Go to custom truck if you want accessories. your better off!!!!"
