O'Reilly Auto Parts

"This happened last summer but Google asked me to give a review and I've been meaning to for a while. I ordered items for pickup in store. I got there and had to wait a while as there was only one cashier and long line, I try not to judge how the tills work so maybe he was the only one there who could operate it at that time. When I got to the front, they grabbed my items and brought them to me. He did insult me a bit by asking me if I ordered the right part for my car or if I misspicked the oil filter and then asked what type of car I drove. I told him i know what I picked and was confident (was it a woman thing? I do change my own filter and oil and have for a while). Since he asked what type of car I drove, I decided to ask a question about another issue I was having and if he had heard of it from either personal experience or from other patrons. I started my question and he finished it, letting on that he WAS familiar with the issue, so I asked him what it was. Now, this is where he could have gotten a sale. I was willing to buy what I needed to fix this annoying issue. His answer? "I dunno" and then he chuckled. I immediately left without another word and have not-and will not- return."
