I had the opportunity to experience a cupping/tasting at Tubbs roasting in Hayden ID. It was a truly eye-opening experience. During the cupping I got to meet Jason who is the head roster and owner of Tubbs. Jason has a wealth knowledge in roasting and providing an excellent coffee experience.
