"March 17: Kelly's (noon) Ordered Cobb salad, asked if they could please toss everything together with extea dressing. I was told no because they were to busy. (It was not that busy.) Salad came with the bowl only 2/3 filled with the salad. So I requested more lettuce and was told there is no key for extra lettuce. The blue cheese dressing was very runny. Then she brought me extra lettuce. While eating, we come to find out there was a St. Patty's buffet. This was never mentioned or offered to us. Later in the meal, we verified that refills were free. She said yes. Got the bill and we were charged for the refills. Was never asked if we wanted dessert, which we did want and ordered. Our waitress, Melissa, was very nice and accommodating throughout the process. I must say, by the end of our stay, we were laughing so hard at all the mishaps, it made our day."

"My son and I have recently been coming here for lunch every weekend. The staff have all been very welcoming and friendly. My son's go-to is the cheeseburger with fries....he loves it. I have had the Cheese steak the Quesadillas and a couple different soup of the day...beef barley and potato. EVERYTHING was super tasty. The quesadillas are not too spicy the lovely bean and chicken mixture. The potato soup was absolutely amazing. It was rich and creamy.. with a nice light cheese flavor and loaded down with bacon. Looking forward to trying something new on our next visit."

"Atmosphere is great, food is good with decent portions, I love coming here! This place gets packed pretty quick at times for lunch so parking can be a bit tricky. The only blip I've ever had whilst dining here was my party put in an order for food and we waited nearly an hour for it so when we went to check on the status of our order it turns out it never got sent to the kitchen. Otherwise overall I love the establishment."

"This is my favorite restaurant in downtown Newport. The menu is surprisingly extensive and i've eaten there multiple times but three times in the past week. Everything I've gotten is good. They have quite an extensive beer selection on tap as well as cocktails. Big outdoor patio that is dog friendly. Free Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have."

"Great place. Great atmosphere and staff. I’m had the taco salad with beef, and my friends had the French dip. Lots of room and now that the weather is getting nicer the outside patio is great for fresh air. Oh and there’s also plenty of tables and space for large groups. And plenty of parking. Thank you Kelly’s for the great experience."
