I love the customer service I have received at the Ferguson location. Shout out to auntie behind the counter…. I forgot her name (maybe Ms. Love). I have tried a lot of flavors but garlic parmesan is my fav; runner up is almond crunch caramel. I will continue to support."

"A Very Tasty Alternative Snack Every conceivable taste for popcorn, in a clean, brightly colored store. Each flavor is stored in clear, airtight bins, so that customers can see the product. Definitely recommend the Trio (Regular, cheese and caramel) popcorn."

"I'm giving them three stars because the Kettle Corn was very good. I'm from out of town and when my neighbor told me about the place and that she knew the owner, I became very excited because I loooove gourmet popcorn. The woman working the counter did greet us when we walked in, but it went downhill from there. She seemed really put out that we dared to ask for samples from the wall of different flavors they had. She told us matter-of-factly that we could only sample 2 flavors, so they're expecting you to just purchase their popcorn and hope for the best. I felt bad daring to ask for four flavors and just settled on my go-to flavors of Kettle Corn and White Cheddar. Given the eye rolling and silent sighs from her, I just wanted to leave and not buy anything, but I really wanted some. My neighbor was on the other end of the counter and apologized to the woman and said we weren't trying to be a bother, and she said "I couldn't tell." There were no other people in the shop, so it wasn't like she was under any stress. I was thinking I was going to spend somewhere between $30-$50 and just bought three small bags and left. Again, the Kettle Corn was very good and on point, but what I found with the samples of the salty flavors was that the popcorn tasted somewhat soft and moist and not crisp and crunchy like other brands I regularly purchase at home; also the flavor of the few I tried weren't strong. Again, I love supporting small businesses, so I hope they make changes and do more to make people feel welcomed in their shop and let them sample. We were two mature women, not some rowdy teenagers trying to take advantage and were in no way rude in our demeanor towards her that would elicit such treatment."

"Disappointing! We love specialty popcorn but what we got was a bag of popcorn that was half crumbs and the flavor… well let’s just say it didn’t have any pop either. We bought cinnamon and caramel, and neither one had much flavor. Maybe we just got a bad batch. We will give them one more try and hopefully get better results."

"I am a biased Garrett lover, and Double Good is my second runner-up, so I’m always hesitant to try other popcorn brands/places. I’ve wanted to try this place for a while and randomly had the chance. I can say I’m impressed! I ordered the Jalapeño and a kettle. The jalapeño was full of flavor, and the kettle was a good balance of sweet and salty. I’ll be back to try the other flavors. I love that they offer milkshakes and slushies as well. My boys are popcorn lovers like me, so I see them enjoying this place. We’ll be back lol The store was spotless and well put together. The staff was friendly and informative. I came on a day when it was buy a small get one free. I initially went in for a mini, just to try. She made me aware of the promotion. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place for sure."
