Sonic Drive-In

"Probably the worst experience I've had at this location. 30 minute wait (not even busy) with broken onion rings not even fully cooked and the large mozzarella sticks I ordered ended up being a medium portion in a large bag. Not to mention the car hopper brought one of the drinks wet and said "I asked for them to wipe it and they refused." Where's the manager? Or is the place being ran by a manager that just doesn't care?"

"The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Has buildup on the back part. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. When you do floors, clean the bathrooms too. If you can't keep a public bathroom clean, how does the rest of the store look?"

"I don’t know what to say. Looks like our tots spilled in the floor before they made it to my truck. I sat in line, at the front of the line, for 10 minutes. Got home to feed my family and this is what we got! Paid full price for a half eaten order of tots. Thanks guys! I didn’t see any adults in the store by the way. The girl that handed off my order whispered to the girl at the window with the bag in her hand for an extended period of time before letting me have it."

"Don’t go to this Sonic! They totally forgot my order, the phone was busy (off the hook?) and when I drove up to the drive through, they just stared at me and then found my order just sitting there. I waited 10 minutes. They offered no apology. I even tipped a dollar because it’s hot out and the carhops work hard . I’d rather flush a dollar down the toilet than tip at this location. If you want Sonic in Rogers - go to the one just off I-49 and Walnut."

"Came in today and waited 20 minutes for our food. We get home and there is green stuff on our food. Waste of $33 unacceptable"
