"I have no problem with Dr. Hoke, seen him for 10years but the last several years the billing has been horrid. The inhouse lab for bloodwork is nothing short of a scam. I request my lab work be sent to Labcorp which is paid 100% by my insurance, but instead they do it inhouse (which my insurance doesn't cover) and bill me. I called to complain and they said "they have no record of my request to send it to LabCorp" I told Dr Hoke office of this and they said to just tell the lab, but the lab won't bill it correctly. I am switching Doctors because of the billing and their non existence customer service."
