"Been going to this practice for several years. I absolutely love Jessica, but I have had several scheduling issues over the years. But today was enough that I decided that my husband and I had to find a new practice. I scheduled online via because I've been pretty sick. I arrive at my appointment only to be told the office messed up and scheduled someone else incorrectly so I would have to reschedule. So instead of having good continuation of care I end up have to go to urgent care to get my asthma medication refilled."

They told me they weren't accepting new patients but when I made the appointment online it said the NP was accepting new patients. I called back yesterday morning right after they left this message, no returned phone call. Personally, glad this didn't work out. If this how they conduct business, I'd rather not give them my money."

I have been waiting for 3 months. I have gallstones I need help with. I’m being disregarded now even though I have been waiting for 3 months. I don’t feel like they are caring about me and my health bc my apt was just canceled without talking to me first.
