"Ive called twice to schedule an appt to see my doctor and both times I could not see anyone that day or the next. They are understaffed in the front office. Front office is not personable and very rude. Not a good place for a family or for someone that is sick."
"If I could leave zero stars I would. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. They made it impossible to get lab results and when I needed medication they also weren’t helpful about getting it sent to my pharmacy. I called multiple times, they answered once, put me on hold and then hung up. When I tried calling back they never answered the phone again. Very frustrating."

"TLDR; they won’t call you back. I’d give zero if I could; a few months ago I called needing to know how to wean off of a medication that was causing immediate concerns for my health, knowing it was a dangerous one to stop cold-turkey. I was told a manager would call back, never heard anything and no appointment was set up, and I had to have another medical professional call to get them to finally get anyone to get back to me- over a week later. Recently the receptionist messed up by telling me at every visit that I am in network; I asked her to confirm multiple times and was assured by Jennifer that I am in fact in network, waved away and told not to worry, only to find two claims denied because- surprise- they are not in network after all. I was told a manager would reach out to speak with me, but again heard nothing, only got a bill mailed to my home. When I called again, Jennifer tried to deny she was the one that told me this, despite being the only point of contact I’ve had the entire time I’ve started going to this location. She also tried to blame my insurance card not being on file— which, if true, would be weird because I came in and handed over my card at the first appointment while filling out all the usual paperwork. She claimed she would have her manager Natasha call me— and I have still heard nothing. Getting someone to contact you about anything is like pulling teeth."
