"The girl that took our order kept rolling her eyes like we were putting her out. Asked for salt, and she rolled her eyes again, plus got the order wrong. I ordered red beans and rice as a side, and there were literally 3 plastic spoons full of food in the container. What a rip off."

"They started closing at 7 but done actually close until 10. They had old chicken boxed up and wouldn't make any fresh. Very unprofessional!!"

"Every single time I go here there is either something wrong with the food. Or the service is terrible. I came last night and sat at the drive-through speaker for approximately six minutes before anyone answered. And the answer that came across the speaker was, can you give me a minute please. Waited another seven or eight minutes and no one ever came back to the speaker. They always tell you to pull forward even if there’s not a car behind you after you push your order at the window and then they bring out your bag and it almost always is missing food items. I was told to pull forward one time and no one ever came out so I went inside and found out that they had completely forgot my order. There’s a lot of incompetence with the people working here currently"

"I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. Was upset about the $15 price tag but I get it. Received 2 medium strips and 2 nugget sized pieces. Extremely disappointed in the quality and mentioned to 2 others that said if they knew I was stopping by, they would’ve told me to go literally anywhere else as the quality is consistently bad for them. This is my second time I’ve been disappointed at this location and I’ve only visited about 5 times."
