"I don't understand how you can be a therapist office yet constantly forget about your patients and thier appointments... then when I call every month to remind you that u have once again forgotten me, I get harsh attitude from the person answering the phone. Every time... it's triggering and it is not good to treat people this way as u have no idea what kind of place anyone is in .... u work at a therapist office NOT a tow yard.... don't you think being rude and harsh to people already in a vulnerable state could potentially be bad news? Do you care? That's rhetorical because if u cared I would have been called for my appointment by now ... I mean it was only 2 weeks ago... then rescheduled to today, was forgotten again, story of my life, call you get berated and once again forgotten..... no call. What kind of a therapist office is this anyway?? Some of us truly need help in our issues... don't pretend to care about my mental well being, just to take my copay money and never call me... Please realize how you treat people is a big deal.... please..."

"Trying to get an appointment but going online is too much effort. Why can't they just take the info over the phone. And what if I or someone really needs help. Not going to them and going to find another Dr to help beyond stupid."

"I would have been a new patient, I left work early for my appointment I was nervous. Even though I was an hour early I was left sitting for over 30 minutes after my appointment time ! I had to ask about my appointment five minutes in I asked then 15 minutes I ask “oh five more minutes” not once did she try to check on me or anything. I heard the receptionist talking to each other saying she was on a call, but even they did my understand why she would do that knowing I was out there waiting. It wasn’t until I asked for my money back did she try to have a different doctor to see me. Again I never spoke to her or saw her face that’s how much this woman didn’t care ! I don’t have a car so I had to spend money to get to this appointment that ended up being for nothing!!! This was my first time coming to see a therapist and it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this office."

"I've had experiences in my life that contribute to a general distrust of medical personnel- but I've never had a psychiatrist consistently fit me in, consistently answer me on the weekend, consistently understand my personal issues like Dr. Baram. Vadim is a class act, and that's why i commute from St. Louis every month."

"My first visit, with Dr. Baram, he spent almost an hour reviewing my medications and history. I really was in a bad place and he helped give me hope. He said if I had any issues, to just come to the office and they would try to squeeze me an appoint in for me. Of course, with this type of specialty, some cases may require additional attention and the wait time may be almost an hour. However, he seems to truly care about his patients. If you use google maps to try and find the office... it will let you to a different looking building. I've attached an updated view of what the building should look like - it's right next to the AMC theatre in Creve Coeur."
