Swarner Skate Park

"Very nice park with a large and well paved walking trail. Today was my first time using this trail. During my jog this morning with my dog, some older man started to follow me and yell at me to use a doggie bag. I said it is unfortunate that other owners do not pick up their dog’s poop but my dog had not pooped yet. I showed him my pouch where I keep my doggie bags. He then proceeds to pop a squat and demonstrate how dogs poop while yelling “I watched her do it right there!” I told him again that she had not pooped yet. I walked away from him and proceeded with my jog. However not only did he continue to follow me, he hopped in his car and was circling the parking lot until I left. Very odd. Very scary. When visiting this park be aware of the mentally ill poop police who hallucinate dogs popping squats. This man tried to scooby doo the wrong scooby’s doo doo."

"This park is as always busy on weekends with soccer games, skaters, and children playing at the playground. My children love playing on the playground for as long as they are able to stay. This is a good place for active families with children. There is also a walking/ running trail but it gets pretty hot during the summer as there is no shade along the trail other than picnic shelters."

"Awesome park, playground, skatepark (coolest bowl ever), ballfields and just all around great place to walk the path and get a good cardio while listening to your book or music with your earbuds.. I highly recommend this place for ALL AGES.."
