"Online experience is awful. Customer service is worse. They refuse to update my address or my name. I have just validated my online account for the 5th time. Worthless!"
"I used to be able to pay online but they've changed it and now I guess I have to sign "up" since there's not a sign "in" option. They want to charge you but they don't want you to pay the bill. I guess not I until you have late charges. I have since selected for them to mail me the bill now. Such a "green" company but like with most companies it's just lip service. Cut that tree down and send me the bill or maybe you should get with Atmos or Evergy and have them build a bill pay program for you. Why? Because both of there's are SIMPLE and they WORK!!!"
"Are all water companies stuck in the dinosaur age. You guys want your money so bad but when the bill is paid it’s a week later still sitting in my account. It’s not my responsibility you guys still live in 1990. Get with the program no late fees when you can’t get it right."
"So frustrated with Waterone. I had a sprinkler pipe busted by a tree root in my yard that ran water for two days. Most water companies will grant a credit with proof of the break and the fix, which I had. Waterone refused credit because the leak didn't generate enough water waste. I guess two days of water running into the street wasn't enough."
"Absolute worst utility company for customer service. I moved service over the phone and gave them forwarding address for final bill, they still sent the bill to old address. Tried to log into my account and it won't allow me in. Tried the "forgot password" and after several attempts, still no password reset in my email (yes, checked spam). Now trying to call them - on a Thursday - says Admin offices are closed until 9:00 a.m. It's 9:25 and still get the automated system to call back when the offices are open. If I had another choice in Water Companies, I would switch. Absolute worst."
