"I don’t think we will be returning. I just picked up my dog and when I dropped her off she had no matting on her tummy. When they were grooming her I got a call saying she had a bunch of matting on her stomach and when I picked her up they tried to guilt trip me and said it was making the blade fly off but when I went to go pick her up she was matless and knot free. You need to take accountability. We take amazing care of our pup. And it’s offensive if you allege otherwise. Don’t blame your malfunctioning tools on our puppy."
