"My boyfriend goes to this place and I have been trying to help him with a temporary disability placard. He has a Tibia Plateau Fracture on his left leg and is unable to walk very far with a walker and he will be having to go to multiple doctor appts and eventually physical therapy. I got the form from the DMV, filled it out, took it into this office on 27 Feb 2023, they assured me they would send it in by mail. I called today 8 Mar 2023 to the Springfield office and they have not received it. So I called Dr. Foster's office and spoke with Jasmine C and she did not know for sure if it was sent, or when, so I gave her the fax number so it can be faxed. She could not tell me when it would be faxed. I asked to speak with an office Manager, which is Treimille but she was not there. Jasmine was very nice but this is really unacceptable behavior to not be able to get help from your doctor's office. We even asked to speak with the doctor and was told this is not possible. They don't seem to care about a patient who is in pain and unable to walk. When you call this office they rarely answer, when you leave a msg they don't return your call, they can't answer your questions and everything is forwarded to the mgmnt care team which must be like the black hole of no return."
