"This park is still under a lot of construction as of March 2024, but it is still possible to walk along most of the sidewalk. The construction and dump trucks are loud and dogs afraid of noise won’t do well. There is at least one doggie waste station along the path. In a year, we will return for a visit and see the final design. It is a walking/jogging path along the water, not a picnic area, restroom or playground available as of today. But, it is a nice long interesting walk with much to look at such as new apartment living, the new soccer stadium and the river."

"It's cool to have a new stadium and all but it really takes away from having an actual park , there's fencing up everywhere , they've taken out the sand volleyball courts, I'm sure there won't be enough room for any outdoor concerts like they used to have. Yeah, in the stadium, maybe, but even then, I'm sure they're going to start charging to park down there to even go for a walk along the riverside."
