"Terrible customer service. They charge $500 per filing. They called to ask me a question and when I was trying to answer it they for them they got flustered and hung up. Seriously? Also the second you call them they will count it as service and try to charge you for it. Very unprofessional, rude, bad communication, and they treat you like a number instead of a client. The level of customer service here is laughable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"After years of great service, I had to terminate my account with TA Ohlms. Last year I was surprised with a large tax bill and I found out that they neglected to service my account as they had normally done for the last 6 months of 2021. There was zero communication that I was getting a large tax bill, and when I confronted them, they said that they were having staffing issues. Basically, I was being charged at a premium rate and getting worse service. They still billed me for monthly accounting services over those 6 months, even though they obviously weren't doing the work. Their lack of accountability and communication should be considered before using them for accounting services."

"After years and years of using this accounting firm, we moved and had a question via email. Since we did not use them ( bc we moved) we were charged for the corresponding email. We paid anywhere from 400$to 550$ to have our personal taxes done. Every year. They are expensive but we were loyal as the fees increased throughout the years. I called regarding the charge and the person I ended up speaking with agreed the charge was unnecessary & said they agreed with me that the charge should not have incurred. I waited to hear from Terry and never did, but his wife emailed saying it was not going to be waived bc of the “research” that had to be done for a basic question. This was very disappointing after being loyal clients for so many years. I paid it and felt others should know, you may be loyal, but this accounting firm is not."

"After working with them for six months to try to get my taxes done and receiving little or no reply and countless emails and phone calls I was told that I could take my business elsewhere because “they were understaffed and didn’t have enough time“ My family has utilize this company for over 20 years and the way that Cindy, the accountant that was assigned to me, spoke to me and treated me it was absolutely appalling."

They were responsive the entire time and in the end, they got my taxes done by the deadline.
