"I was forced to see Dr Heider after Dr Parker was fired. Heider began making decision a out my health care without ever seeing me and has continued to do so to this day. She's incompetent has made decisions using her ego and not medical decisions made for the norm."

"I have been with Dr. Heider since she was at the office on Cleveland. Me and my boyfriend loved her. But every since she is at the new clinic you can never get in to see her, they are always trying to get you to see a pcp instead. I wouldn't pay 1 nickel to see the pcp (Becky) she is worthless. I was very sick last week, I am a heart patient and I have other underline conditions. We called several times and was trying to get in to see Dr. Heider after Becky telling me that she would consult with Dr Heider and she would call me back, I had 2 emergency room visits and 1 urgent care visit and I still hadn't heard anything from anyone. My husband took me into the clinic very sick and was told Dr. heider could not see me. At one time Dr.heider had told us that if either of us were very sick to come into the office and demand to see her, and they would work us in. Becky seen how very sick I was and never offered to get me any help. I am so disappointed in how I was treated as a patient. My husband got very upset, and when I finally got in to see Dr Heider on Friday, 8 days later. Dr Heider instructs us that she has dropped patients for rude in the office, I don't know what Becky told Dr.Heider. but I can promise we were trying to seek help! Since we had no answer for why I was so sick! I wish that I knew Becky last name because I would take to the chief of staff. I am finding a new Doctor."
