"I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent medical care I received at your practice. As a patient under your care, I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the issues I have encountered. On Date 31st Oct, I went to Mercy I street with my 2 month old child as he was down with fever. However, during the appointment, I felt neglected and dismissed. Being a primary care provider, you did not feel an urge to atleast see the baby and hear our concern. I know ER is ultimate place however as you are my child’s primary care since his birth, I believe that every patient deserves proper attention, care, and a sense of being valued by their healthcare provider. In fact, we have tried to contact over voice message before,but you never came back. Doctor is noble profession and always it has more responsibility over other . Always going with policy is good at certain point but at the end it has negative impact too. Finally I went to ER, and ER doctor asked a single question to me that why should not I reach my primary care before coming to ER as situation could be handled by Primary care provider easily instead of sending to ER. Anyways , I have serious concern against communication and service."
