"Fair warning to any parent who's child sees Dr Garrett if her office messes up and violates HIPPA Unless you want to lose your child's Dr don't use your patients rights and report it! I got a letter in the mail stating that Garrett will no longer be seeing my son this comes less then a month after getting a report back from HIPPA that after an investigation they were in violation. The best part I tried to handle this internally with the office manager and they did nothing so I was forced to report it. But honestly if the Dr can not see that her nurse is running her mouth constantly and is always putting that office at risk for violations but instead punishes the patients for executing their right then I don't want them seeing my son. Anyone that oblivious shouldn't be seeing any patients"
