"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just got a call from the Department of Revenue. They had been sending all of my imporant business documents to his mail box or PO box instead of mine because that was the mailing address he gave them. Instead of notifying me or giving my my mail for the last 3 years, I am not sure what he did with it. I got a phone call today from the Department of Revenue that I have 3 warrants for my business and 1 warrant for me personally for not paying taxes on an old "Payroll" account that was never closed. I had tried emailing and calling him numberous times about dissolving my business. He was all about helping me open it, but not close it. During my business being open, I had a hard time getting a response to my emails. He was supposed to be doing the payroll part for me for $25 each time. He charged me for them, but never performed them. So technically, there was no payroll....however the Department of Revenue was auto filing for me every quarter based on an amount that he set up. And that continued since 2021. And now they are threatening to seize my assets and arrest me. And I never knew this whole time because he was getting my mail from them and NEVER once reached out to me!!!"
