"This doesn’t even deserve one star, not even half a star!! Do not go to this location off 87th street!!! The receptionist is incompetent!! She repeatedly kept asking for my ssn so many times that it was making me uncomfortable that she was having such issues. Then I finally sat down with the tax preparer Donna and she was confused that I only wanted to file my KS state because I have already filed my federal and MO state. She just kept repeating herself that she didn’t know how just to do my KS state. Are you kidding me!!! I’ve literally had my KS state done for multiple years at the H&R Block location off 95th. This was such a waste of time!!! After being so taken back by her utter confusion I was like that’s ok I’ll take my business elsewhere. Do not go to this location!!!!!"
