"I like the doctor, but her staff is the absolute worst. They can't accept emails from insurance companies, only faxes (hello 2003) and good luck getting a human on the phone to begin with. And don't hold your breath waiting for all call back. They don't even call insurance companies back. I bet she doesn't even realize how bad her office staff is. I tried to call her directly and they refused to connect me. I'll talk to her at our next appointment ... it will be our last appointment."
