"Very unprofessional through communication and incompletion of the job. They didnt complete the necessary tax forms, miscalculated the taxes and stated should recieve a 1k+ refund and never have seen it. When communicated back to owner of firm he said fix it yourself not interested in helping. Used them for 5 years very dissapointed with 2017/18 service. A reply on this google review proves lack of responsibility, I had to pay another CPA to audit work and found the error with city tax calculation. No refund as promised."
