"It baffles me how such a well renowned company like this would allow such an unprofessional, vulgar women like Linda to work for them. My family has been with this company for over a decade and for over a decade she has been a nightmare to deal with. I had to leave American Family because her negligence effected my policy. I have returned to the area and this time contacted Ray Schmittgens to try and give this office a second chance (because unfortunately this is the closest office to my location) and he is just as lost as his secretary is. Not returning calls or even calling back when he says he will. When I filed complaint with him about Linda years ago and my mother followed up with him about it he told MY MOTHER "I was rude too". I will be contact corporate about the incompetence and disrespect at this location."
