"Honestly they did do a great job on our amended returns. However I had some questions with regards to our returns and one other question in relation to a future return. Past ones were answered. A very simple question that I called another cpa for an answer (that I got), after I was rushed off the phone and got an immediate response from despite not using, I was told since we won't be doing your taxes in the future I will not be answering questions from non clients. Despite the fact we just discussed me leaving our current tax resolution service and her telling me who to contact to see if she would do it. I was left being made to feel like my past payments and use of service meant nothing, what mattered was getting paid now for a really simple question. Just keep in mind that maybe not everyone can afford to pay 300-400 dollars per return and not look down on people that file on-line. I understand that you can't afford to spend time answering every person who calls, especially people who never used you before, with a question but a little care for past clients or even a friendly point in the right direction could earn their future business."
