"Everything was great except one thing. The radio advertisement did not say there was a specific deadline that your taxes needed to be filed by to receive the 50% off for first time customers. So while I had my taxes finished by a great team, the false advertisement by Jackson Hewitt needs to be placed under a microscope. They were awesome in house. Edit; Changing the 4 star review to a 3 star after receiving the prompted response on my review, which did not address my statement. It was not a 5 star review to begin with, this is how automated response was determined. Again, in house was fantastic, obviously corperate is dropping the ball."
