"Exceptional service"
"My wife and I were billed $1,500.00 for the preparation of Personal Income Tax Return in which there were no itemizations. After we received the bill, we asked why it was so much they told us as a first year client, they do a comparison with the previous year's return (we didn't ask for this and weren't told this would be done) and also check for errors in the previous years' return (we had none and prepared on our own return the year before). None of this was requested nor was it helpful. This will definitely be our first and last year using this firm."
